Bisbee Casita Chiquita Policies…for happy guests and happy Casita “elves”
Bisbee Casita Chiquita can accommodate two non-smoking non-vaping guests only, for stays from one night up to 14 nights. Occasionally, there is a 2-nite minimum stay required on certain weekends, holidays or special event/festivals. One private off-street parking space is provided and included. All reservations include free unlimited WiFi; CABLE TV service; coffee, exotic teas, hot cocoa and chai, sugar and cream; pots/pans/dishes;all linens and towels. An in-casita washer-dryer is available for use by guests staying 3 nights or more.
What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
All reservations must be fully prepaid with the guest’s Visa or Mastercard at time of booking. We do not accept partial payments and cannot take “temporary” reservations.
Cancel a reservation within 48 hours after booking: if the check-in date is 14 or more days away, receive full refund less a $25 cancellation fee….if the check-in date is 14 or less days away, no refunds, no exceptions.

Do you allow smoking?
Sorry, this is a totally 100% smoke-free healthy property and no smoking is permitted nor is vaping. A $200 fee will be charged to a guest’s credit card if any smoking/vaping has occurred anywhere on the property.
Do you accept pets or children?
Sorry, we are not set up to accept any pets or any children. A $200 fee will be charged to a guest’s card if any pet or child has been brought into the Casita or onto the property.
Do you permit visitors to the Casita or anywhere on the property?
Sorry, we cannot permit any unregistered visitors to the Casita or anywhere onto the property.

Guests can phone the Casita Chiquita (479-981-0473) to check for availability and rates which vary depending on weekdays, weekends, holidays or festivals/local events. All reservations are made through Airbnb via our “Book Now” button.
We try to answer all messages and reservation requests the same day unless we are off adventuring in our RV — in that case, it might be 24 hours before we can respond.
